V87SL, thank you sir. I'm just between appointments this morning at an early start today. We just had a big flea market out here. The Maple Ridge Club had one here and I had a table and I got lucky. I got right at the entrance. They gave me the one right at the door. It was awesome. I had lots of traffic and I got rid of almost everything. I have purged. I have only kept my most favorite things in the museum. I'm getting prepared to downsize in a couple of years. I'm certain I just get rid of stuff. I got to be required again. It's a beautiful thing about being at my age. I can afford it now. I don't have to just script and save and look for deals all the time. That's a beautiful day here on the wet coast. It's probably going to get up into the high 20s today. It's just gorgeous out here. I'm a couple. Adrian gave the blue report. That's great. Gary, I'm with you.
