It doesn't mean what some people say it means. It means basically hugs and kisses, you know. It's a greeting for you're sending down the wire that's not just an acquaintance but you're one of your family members or one of your besties. And then 33 though originally meant something like you know given a given car has a receipt. It was a very mundane meeting but in 1939 the young ladies radio league repurposed it to be a greeting between YL. So it's kind of like like the 99 club you know it's like I see you across the room of men. Girl. So that's where 33 comes from. It's the YLRL came up with that.
