And in net controls, I'd say this to people, new operators. Nothing built confidence on the air, like being a net control operator. It's a test of fire, but it's like getting rid of your stage fright. After you've done it for even a little bit, it was just a few weeks, not even. After the first few nets, you were way more confident than the beginning. So I recommend to people, if you really want to.
