educated guess but you know you could go to different resources maybe the ARRL has got information page or something about that sort of thing but that's just my guess is that probably it is the case that that the repeater owner are the ones who are responsible for transmissions from their repeater and your a licensed amateur radio operator obviously in license to operate here and you know if that weren't the case then wow how come we have all these connections it wouldn't make sense so I'm sure that that is the case but don't take my authority because I have none it's just me making an intelligent guess anyway let's see what else to choose that's all I did or anything down for you I'm just listening to you and anyway so there you go Graham thank you for checking in and I also like how the net flows
