Well, I'm no expert. We do have a number of stations that like to smoke fish, though. I know John, W7JSM, and Skipper as well, KK7, AJM. In fact, Skipper mentioned on the net this morning that he's going to be smoking some salmon, and he's going to be making some of one of the Northwest delicacies in favor of salmon candy. Tell both of you have ever made salmon candy. Roger, Roger, but we used to call it squawk candy. And that is that heart-smoked salmon, or even heart-smoked venison too. And so you take the fish out of it, you know, and you get suck on it, or chew it, you have too much all day. And it is so tasty. Okay, back to you, Jack.
