when you don't have milk or sugar to make coffee, it's going to taste really nasty and bitter, right? It's just going to be awful, right? So what you do to fix that is because you're going to add water to it, right? Add a pinch of salt into it and it'll kill the bitterness. And then just measure out if you taste it and it's not to your satisfaction. Maybe you put in a little more of salt, but just don't shake it out too fast, right? And then try to do it according to taste. The first recommendation is maybe a little pinch of it and it'll kill some of the bitterness in it, right? And of course you're putting in sugar and other things. So that was a trick we used too. And I don't remember if those guys at the Scarborough Club knew about it, but it is a trick you can do.
