AC7YFD, this is a Ki7 BRNX patrol returning. Well thank you for sharing that. I think it is critically important to share about recovery supports that many of us have benefited from over the years, whatever you're recovering from, and you know I think it's important to be open and positive about all sorts of recovery. So thank you for sharing that and yeah I probably am extra chipper. I woke up earlier this morning and I had lots of time for coffee and breakfast and moving around so that helps. Anyway thanks so much for coming in and sharing again Dale and you have a great rest of your day. And before closing I just want to thank everybody for your your wonderful warm thoughts and wishes. It was a great trip. I'm going to be sharing more information about it on Facebook and in private emails and just over time I'll be releasing pictures and videos.
