So the HUB goodness, that is a terrific routine, the yoga. I was just laughing because it reminded me of a class I sat in on. My grandma was doing a chair yoga class at a senior center and I was a fair bit younger. But I sat in and of all the people who had an issue, I went and threw my back out. I was the youngster and I did that. But you know, yoga is something that is so good for you and I'm noticing flexibility issues so I'm adding it into my routine. I'm doing certain yoga moves and that sounds really good. Thanks for sharing what you're doing for your health and well-being and I hope you have a great rest of your day.
