Well good morning there Barbara and good morning to everyone on that KT7 JOE Joe here in Las Vegas Nevada and yep Wednesday is my day every other Wednesday I alternate with Robert K2RQQ and he covers me last weekend or last Wednesday as of course I've had bronchitis for the past week and a half and I'm just now starting to feel a little bit better yesterday and today is a little bit better but today is not exactly the best day but that's okay it's at least I'm getting a little bit better and anyway like Bud and many others I have an extensive medical routine that I have to follow every day from insulin and all that kind of stuff for the diabetes plus I have many other medical issues and so my my daily routine is probably about about three or four hours or more of trying to do physical therapy to planning my menus preparing foods all that kind of stuff so I spend quite a bit of time on my health all day long to try to get better and to try to stay better but unfortunately you can't do any about the flu or any of the other stuff right but my my main relaxation or thing that I like to do is of course my puppies and I just now got another little puppy puppy number four about four weeks ago tomorrow make four weeks that I have her and she's a little miniature pincher Chihuahua mix and but pretty much almost all pincher from what I see and I met the mom and I rescued her from well from another organization that rescued her from hours before being put down they were going to put down the mom and all five of her puppies and so I'm very happy that I got it so I my dogs keep me mentally sane and in shape because I got always take him out and the little guys barking by the door to go out so to let him out here in a minute so no matter whether or not I want to or not or if I'm able to or not I have to let them in and out into the yard all day long and play with them and which keeps me mentally stable well I know that's the best term to use but you know what I mean the fur babies to definitely keep you grounded anyway I hope everybody's having a great weekend and a great Sunday so far and I wish everybody a blessed day this is kt7 JLE and back to their bar thank you doing that I always enjoy listening and participating in your nets back to their Barbara ks7 BR from kt7 JLE everybody have a great day
