Yeah, as far from Portland as I can get. I'm sorry. Hey, I saw in the news, I'm listening with the sound off, but I saw a flash that said it was National Waffle Day. So I don't think I'm going to make waffles this morning for Linda Lu, but we'll see. Let's see. I had sort of a mini heart attack here a couple months ago, and I'm on rehab twice a week through September. So I got to do 2,000 steps down there twice a week, plus some other things. About an hour. Problem is it's about 10 miles away, so I don't like going over there like that. But it's the only possibility. Oh, the kitty just jumped up in my lap, or a new kitty, so that's fun. Let's see. What else was I going to say? Oh, we watch. I make coffee every morning for myself. Linda Lu doesn't drink coffee. TV, they're in reruns now. We watch Netflix sometimes in the afternoon. They have some series. Boy, it's amazing how the language and sex has kind of got into the shows. So I think for some reason my speaker came on. I'll sign off. KV7, PVW, back. This is repeater station kilo kilo seven. Hey, V7, PVW. Well, hopefully you can check back in with us and complete your thought later. But yeah, I know there's a lot of shows that are harder to watch with your family because of what's crept in. But anyway, we'll talk with you shortly when you can return. And I'm going to open it up for another round here. That took a while that round. But anyway, question of the day, just something you do for your health and well-being. And it really is pretty broad. But, you know, even if it's recuperating, even if it's learning something, staying active with organizations, volunteering, whatever you do. Or I love that the kitty cat jumped in his lap. Having a furry friend can be healthy, too. And some people foster pets. Anyway, just for now, all that out is pretty broad. Come on in with your call sign twice slowly. And in standard phonetics.
