It's interesting, the various light therapies and what they can do. So I hope that is helpful in reducing pain for you. I had it for a different reason and not quite as frequently, but it's an interesting area. And gosh, what else? Blanking. Oh yeah, well, I'll just share that grandma and I enjoyed the cruise part especially. Going into Florence and the excursion on Corsica was a bit painful because of the lack of accessibility. So that was a real challenge. But I did get to see a little bit of Renaissance architecture, so I'll take it. Anyway, the cruise was the best part as well as Barcelona. And I'll give more about that in the Facebook and email privately. But yeah, it was really good. In the meantime, yeah, I hope your friends are enjoying their Mediterranean cruise.
