Well meet him Yeah doubled there and actually he came in afterwards to say he was short time that's when I put it in the box and got stepped on and Another time I think possibly three times and every time he got stepped on but I heard him, you know coming through all-star But glad we got him in there Especially on a Sunday. Yeah, he's not here on Sunday. So welfare quite well before the question I'll say, you know, the low has been 90 degrees so far overnight and 25% humidity You know when we're used to single-digit humidity you throw 25 it feels like pea soup out there and I didn't ride I worked out But to get to what I do to be healthy I used to be so healthy and I'm really just I do a lot of bad things and It's to compensate for those You know, I do my cycling and I'm usually doing three-hour rides pretty much is what I do two to three times a week Not like I used to and and I work out on other days. I used to do about a two-hour workout I have one of those total gyms and I have 80 pounds added on to that. I love that machine I've done a lot of different workouts and that I just love and it's easy You can put it away put it in the closet and you're done And then from my brain Oh also I stretch from my karate days I still stretch every day. I do a full split Don't make a mental picture that you might not be Pleased with it. But yeah, I can do a full split and I do that stretching every day and For the mind, you know the photography and photo editing video editing on the computer I like Excel I like playing with that and learning new formulas and making spreadsheets I still do that just to keep the mind active and then and then to top it off.
