Yeah, if you've got a big truck or something, you know, a big four-wheel drive truck or something, you'll probably be alright. But people just don't realize these newer cars, I don't know, they probably only weigh 3 or 4,000 pounds. In the old days, back in the 50s or whatever, their cars were heavy. But they're just like, I don't know, marshmallows now. They'll float away real easy. And then people gotta go in and rescue them. Oh, I don't know. They climb up on top sometimes. They don't float away, they get stalled out there and they climb up on the roof to save themselves. But, yeah, when my wife and I were in Florida, I know, about 20 years ago, I just told her, if they say hurricanes coming, we're getting out of here right now. I can't believe people wait until the last minute to buy gas. Should be gas lines when the hurricane's already there or whatever. Man, can't you get it when you first hear about it? Or get the heck out of Dodge. I don't know. People just procrastinate until the very last minute. Some people won't even leave their houses. I don't know. Be safe or be sorry, I say. KB7TVW.
