Hey, good morning, Bill. Great to hear you out there. What a wonderful opportunity to kind of clean out all the best bunnies and reorganize things and inspect everything. I love those opportunities. Although, yeah, it's a big undertaking if I had to move my office. Well, in fact, it's funny because I kind of did move my office. We decided to consolidate. Dana and I each had our own offices when the kids moved out. Plenty of bedrooms opened up and we spread out a little bit. And then we decided we wanted to be, share the same office again. And so I started moving my stuff. Leaving my old office as a hamshack. And it's taken months to get it. Well, we still haven't got everything moved. It's a huge undertaking. Anyway, 73, my friend.
