Do you guys, like, I mean, this is not racist. We can talk about it, okay? Do you guys have the same frustrations that I do when it comes to dealing with foreign people that don't speak the proper language for customer service? I mean, customer service, it's in the name. If you can't serve the customer adequately because of your lingual limitations, you should not be able to qualify for that job. Am I wrong here? Like, am I missing some? That's not correct here. Like, am I the one that's wrong in all this? Because I don't think so. Because so far this morning, my brother, who has a short temper, I will say he does, and he did blow up on the phone.
