I don't get it one bit. I mean if I went to Italy, right? And I was doing a customer service job in Italy. If I did not speak Italian, I should not qualify for that job. It's just I shouldn't. If I'm addressing speaking to Italian people all day long, should I not be fluent in Italian? Should I not? I mean, should that not be a prerequisite to at least be fluent in the language that you're going to have to communicate in? I mean, that's not being racist. That's not being prejudice. It should be a basic baseline prerequisite for a job in customer service that requires you to speak. As your primary role, you have to speak to be able to communicate clearly and fluent in the language of the people you're dear to serve. I mean, that just seems like a no-brainer to me. If I was in logistics or something...
