I try to stay away from that scuff as much as possible, as best as I can at least. I had, last night we had lasagna. And bought it from Costco, so it's not homemade, but it was still pretty good. And I have not had lasagna in a long time. And I was hoping that my shot would take care of it for the blood sugar. And I woke up this morning and I took it and it was like at 170, which is not terribly high. It could have been like almost a 300. But, oh, it tasted really good. To me it did, because lasagna is one of my most favorite things. The last miso lasagna I had was like a year and a half ago.
