Good evening Bill, good to hear you out there tonight. Here in the Bay Area today we're about 80 degrees here and sunny so it was a nice day out and had it around my ear a couple of times. So in fact my apartment is warming up right now actually. But yeah, pretty good day. You know, my daughter's lost and days always look brighter when your team wins. And yeah, I was on the Papa's system, anything but radio net, they have one Saturday nights. And they're talking about search and rescue, have you been part of it or have you experienced it? And it was kind of interesting hearing some of the stories that these people brought about different aspects and you know, a few tragic ones unfortunately. But I'm just worried about how the responders really, really help out. You know, they're a bunch. Yeah, because every time I've been rescued or that I've been there we had a call on that. And they're calling us when they show up is always what impressed me, you know, and so they show up and you get a feeling like, you know, how are you? What's going on? You know, and they're very good at what they do. And then yeah, the squirrel report today had a princess running around here. And late afternoon Rocky showed up and ate the peanuts I put out for him and all the nuts and everything. And another squirrel showed up and he was kind of chasing that one around. So they were getting exercise. Boy, those squirrels can move. They are fast. And it was just on and off and pretty good. No complaints. So let me turn it back to the net. AB6NB. AB6NB. I'm not talking to him. AB6NB, Jeff, thank you so much for your report and the report on Rocky and Princess. And I just mentioned those people who show up in emergencies, those first responders. I bet everybody on the net tonight has had some experience with those people. And they were so impressed that they just got here so damn quick and they said good night. That's what they do. It's very cool. Let's go over to Tukwila and talk to Adam, K-7, I think it's K-H-Y. Come ahead, Adam. Good evening, everybody. I'm sitting here in my driveway in the car, checking, running a check on some new equipment. I recently purchased a car and of course one of the benefits of getting a car is getting a warranty on it. And so of course the first thing I wanted to do was install some new radio gear in it. And while researching the best way to do that, it turns out that if I wire any electrical equipment into this car that is not exclusively through the cigar lighter, it can violate the warranty, which of course I don't want to do. So after banging my head on the dashboard a bit, I decided to step down to a relatively simple and minimalistic setup here. So I've got a cup holder mounted cell phone holder that is holding a little 10 watt handheld that is getting trickle charged with a USB cord and wired up to a rooftop antenna with a magnet. So no actual installation in the car and so far I'm actually pretty impressed with the setup and quite proud of myself for doing it all for about 75 bucks. So overall I'm having a pretty good night and that's pretty much all I've got. KF7KH wide back to net and I'd appreciate a report on my audio quality if you could. Your audio quality is pretty good. I wasn't listening real careful until you said it, but once I listened, yeah, I think you sounded fine. Actually quick question, what's the 10 watt handheld? I'm looking at it here. It is a BaoFeng 5R Mike. 5R Mike you said, okay, very good. Yeah, well I think you got creative there and you're getting out just fine and you don't need to void your warranty. I have a relevant new car too. I was never that interested in putting stuff in the car, but I wonder if all warranties have that now. It wouldn't be surprising given how much those cars depend on a lot of sensitive electronics. They probably just don't want any trouble. They kind of sympathize in a way even though it's unconstitutional to get in the way of ham radio. We all know that. Let's go over to Joan. I'm the behavioral observatory on Broadway, KX2 CW. Joan, how are you tonight? I'm fine.
