I love the mountains. My wife is a beach person. So we kind of split it up. We'll go do it sometimes in a mountain trip. And that's what's good living in Hanover. We're about an hour and a half, maybe two at the most from the mountains and about the same distance from the beach. So it makes it nice kind of in between the two. Oh, you're right.
