Good morning, Joe. Go ahead. Well, top of the morning, too. Roy, everybody on the net, Joe, on Las Vegas. And, yeah, it was up and out early. I left the house at 3 a.m. It was 88 degrees, 88. It was cooler. I'm sorry. I think it was 78 degrees, which is quite a change from what we've had lately. But 50% humidity. So you could definitely feel it. But I got out and I got 48.5 miles in. I was going to try up that extra mile and a half to make an even 50, but I was kind of running out of time and leg power. I was like, Scotty, give me more power. And Scotty wasn't there. So 48 and a half, that was good. And I got in just before the net and rehydrating. I think I was mentioned a couple weeks ago. I actually weighed myself before and after. And I actually lost a solid.
