Black hole morsels are theoretical micro black holes that could be formed during the merger of two astrophysical black holes. And unlike the larger parent black holes, these morsels are the smaller, comparable to a mass of an asteroid and therefore they'd be much, much hotter due to the inverse relationship between a black hole mass and a temperature over radiation. And because of the higher temperatures, these morsels would evaporate relatively fast and when they do, they would give off first a high energy particle, like for instance gamma ray and even neutrinos.
