Well thank you. I'm sorry, one of the pleasures of home ownership in the city of Seattle is maintenance which is eternal but useful and it's educational and it makes you, gives you the ability to make priorities and try to keep to them. So after house painting I'm doing, you know, chopping back some of my forests. In fact I got a bunch of stuff I got chopped up into the yard waste bin that was reaching, yeah I still got some stuff to get. Get in there and walk down and hit, I should get the chainsaw up in there. Some more trimming around my ground plane and, you know, keep the paths clear so I can run around and use this piece of vertical and horizontal property. It's kind of nice. And boy everybody wants it. I saw the Phoenician scheme, the Wes Anderson film last night and today I just realized I have a potential real estate scheme to help preserve our real estate taxes that are affordable in our neighborhood now that we've just, it's being rezoned to be five levels, four or five floors, whatever it is that doesn't require an elevator in the city. Our old block's been zoned to that so the minute somebody starts to get a permit for that level of development and digs into the ground and it starts, yeah then our property taxes will skyrocket potentially so, yep I got a plan but it's going to take everybody and we'll have to form a cooperative so to speak and buy homes in the neighborhood from people we want to get to know.
