Well, and if you didn't have that sort of a pan, and I remember those very well, you couldn't just use just some tin foil and just make up whatever size pan and shape you need and use that, you know, just spray it with some oil or something like that, I think that would work, wouldn't it? Jack, that works just fine, and that's what I usually do. But, you know, there's something very satisfying about using some very old kitchen implement and having it really work well.
