Hey Kirk, this is Keith, KG7LM here in the warm Renton Highlands on the east side. If you're out and about driving, do not go southbound 405 from probably factoria to Renton. It is nasty. They've got the road closed. And detours are not putting people on major roads. There are no major roads. The backups are big and the heat is on. I stepped outside to start the grill for my wife and realized, hey, you know, it is kind of warm out here. But nonetheless, wanted to do a quick check-in. Did not get to check in. It is 9 o'clock this morning. And I'm happy to congratulate Jack and his wife for their anniversary. Beautiful weather for us. They picked a good day. This is Keith, KG7LM in Renton.
