That's right, grow, see hydrate and also sunscreen if you're going to be out there. My arms get redder than lobsters. It's so weird, not my legs but my arms for sure. I always wear a big hat so that helps but my arms will get toasty toasty so I put some stuff on there and yeah it was hot last night. I didn't turn on, I've got a little portable AC, you know, I didn't need to turn it on but it was close. And kudos on the power nap. I'm exactly like you, I love it. Around 4 o'clock I like to take an hour nap. The pun didn't say it should be 10 minutes but I'm like nope, I'll snore away an hour and be perfectly happy so that's the way I like to do it too.
