Hey, Dina. Good PSA there. Make sure you bring your sunscreen. Even if you're in the shade, you still get it close to harmful rays. So I always try to wear my sunscreen before I leave the house. You know, I went to my hip is, my hips are bothering me. I have bilateral osteoarthritis. I had both my knees replaced. My hips are next. My surgeon, I go see him. He's like, the best thing you can do for yourself is to swim. And I went away thinking about doing other things. You know, he also said, you know, walking the elliptical, whatever. And I'm like, you know, I grew up swimming. I love to swim. I competitively swam for seven years. I made state times one time in breaststroke, another time in the 400 IM. And I always thought when I got older that I would be one of those old women swimming laps. And now is my time. So when I was, it's time to be an old woman swimming laps for a hip replacement. And swimming and hair just don't go together. You talk about caring for chlorine drenched hair is very time consuming and it's a barrier for me. So get rid of the barrier and cut it off and go short.
