Hey good morning Peter, great to hear you this morning. The first thing you requested a signal report and you are sounding fantastic. I don't think that I could hear, of course like if I turned the radio up maybe I'd hear a little bit of noise or static or anything under you but it's well under you and that's your Charlie Mic 5, you're coming in loud and clear and very very legible, sounds great so I think that setup you have is working perfectly and yeah you know great stuff on that, I kind of enjoy that kind of experimentation and you know using things like Raspberry Pi to create solutions like that. I'm very familiar with AWS by the way, I've been a software engineer for my whole career, 30 years here actually, I'm feeling old but in fact I have a ham radio related project that I've been building for a couple of years now using AWS and I could rant a little bit about some of the frustrations I have with some of the services in AWS but you know anyway I won't go there, yeah it's a great service, great cloud service. Anyway like I said I've had, I've only had one cup of coffee and I'm feeling like I need more. Have a great weekend Peter, 73 thanks for stopping by from Carbonado, KC7YDW. Okay next on the list I've got Adam in Pocatello, Idaho, kilo, kilo, kilo 7, kilo, hotel, echo, good morning. Good morning this is Adam, kilo, kilo 7, kilo, hotel, echo, yes QTH South Eastern Idaho this morning, gosh this has been a busy week, we did a lot of Next Gen 911 stuff this week, we formed the Idaho State Next Gen 911 Governance Board, I got to relay that message to the Tri-County Sheriff's Association. It was a lot. This morning though I am getting ready to go pick up the county side by side. I'm going to head up over 9600 feet working with the Bridgerland Amateur Radio Club to move a VHF repeater that is an amateur repeater from the State Public Safety Communications Commission to my tower, county tower on Sedgwick Peak in South Eastern Idaho. The PSC, State Public Safety Communications, they've decided to up the rent so high that the Bridgerland Amateur Radio Club couldn't afford it anymore so I worked with them and about a four county coalition to get an MOU together and they're moving it, we're going to move it over to my tower up there today, should be very fun. Anyway I heard Robert complaining about his hair, I get that 100%, my hair has to be specific and last time I had cut it my wife came in to help me and trimmed just a little too much, I do the buzz cut and I don't like looking like a ping pong ball so just recently I have been able to shave the sides down and get more of the Sheriff's Department style high and tight. Anyway at 73 everybody have a great weekend kilo kilo 7 kilo hotel echo.
