You know, sometimes you just can't make the appointment. It just doesn't line up with the rest of the schedule, there's family commitments, whatever, or a list of a thousand things to do around the house, that type of deal. But I tell you, it's a real great thing. And they can really get a lot of information from you and tell a lot of things to you. So it's pretty handy.
