Very good. I think I heard a couple weeks ago you were bidding on a home. Was that the home you ended up with? No, it was not. The one that we initially were looking at that I was going to put a bit on. We went and looked at it. It's a giant toboggan. It's sliding down the side of a hill. The house broke in half and half of it's on its way down the hill. So yeah, I'm not a big tobogganer. So I passed on that. But Larry found this one. It's up in Bowman. The location is perfect. The house is great. It meets all of my needs and fits all of what I'm looking at. I think it's going to work out quite nicely. Gosh, it's been so many decades since I bought a house that I've forgotten. All the rigamarole that you've got to go through to do it. But I guess you jump through Hoop A and insert Tab B.
