down or the middle one is public the third one down is Hamlink and that's the way most everybody's radios are set up it took me a while to start describing that because mine is programmed differently I have something in mind called CRS as well community radio service and not many people have that it's like a whole bunch of other channels but it's a subscription thing it's like 20 bucks a year or something to have that added and with that one you can create manage your own channels and do some other stuff that you can't do with public or ham so yeah once you get it on network then just pick your channel 35 under groups so yeah you're off to the races there's only a few things you need to remember with these radios there's networks which is your private your public and your ham and then your groups which when you're on a network that list will change depending on which network you're on and then there's the members list and the members list will only show
