Okay, Kevin. It depends a lot on certain factors involving that situation. It sounds like the kid that put the laxative in the cupcake is going to get away scot-free on this. Why it depends would be if there was so much laxative in the cupcake, the kid suffered great harm. And I don't think that's the case. And I'm sure that the laws concerning booby traps wouldn't apply if it even did a little bit. I doubt that they would enforce that and say it's a civil matter. And it's probably up to the school to handle someone who's stealing somebody's lunch or dessert. So yeah, it depends. But in Daryl's specific case, I don't think it would have been worth it to claim harm and try to get some kind of remedy from that harm because it wasn't enough harm. What happened to the kid?
