KN6, UYZ, KM1X. Well, if my recall of watching episodes of The Biggest Loser are any indication, what you're experiencing is totally normal. These people lost quite a bit of weight the first week and then they were disappointed week two, but then week three it rebounded again. So I think you shouldn't give up. You shouldn't be disappointed too much because I think you got some good days ahead if you keep it up. Because I think they say there's a lot of water weight and stuff that you lose at the beginning and then your body recovers and now you're actually going to start burning fat fat. So that's good.
