Good morning Kevin, good morning everybody. I'm just on my bicycle this morning riding around. A little bit warmer than I thought. I wore a sweatshirt and I put a t-shirt over the sweatshirt. Now I wish I'd never worn a sweatshirt so things are heating up here. But anyway, I'm one and done, but I'm going to be listening all morning. So I'll turn it over to you Kevin and I wish everybody a good weekend for maybe one day. I probably will be too.
