appointment on Friday to have a orthogram on my knee and then the following Wednesday, week from Wednesday I have an appointment for surgery consultation and then we will figure out what's going on from there. Well not a whole lot going on I get to meet my new cardiologist I think Thursday in Mount Vernon that'll be good. And the next week oh boy I get to start my cardiac physical terrorism I mean therapy. That that'll be fun that's okay I do a lot of walk and I think I'm up to almost 4,000 steps a day
