monthly water consumption is about 3,000 gallons, something like that. So yeah, we are really careful with water here. Others in the HOA are not so inclined and they pay for it big time. But yeah, so at any rate, because she does the meter reading and they look at, they want to compensate her in some way, that's, that was what they said was, well you guys don't have to pay a water bill down. Which would be, I guess we probably break about $40 on the deal, so what the heck, yeah it's kind of fun. And she gets to talk to her neighbors and all that fun stuff.
