Alright Dave, you and Sam and my grandniece and everybody have a great day today. I have a feeling there is going to be some botry ball in there somewhere too. Hey, but real quick, I've got a question about this saving money on the water with Sam out there reading the meters in the HOA. Now, you may not pay any for water service because you can serve so well. What's the deal there? I'm not sure how that works. There are several people in the HOA that have volunteered to read the water meters and it's a good hour to hour and a half, two hours to go do her section. So as a compensation for that, we get exempted from the water bill, which is not much anyway. We can serve a lot.
