Liza Manelli is the daughter of Julie Garland and director Vincente Manelli. She was born in 1946 and has had a very career in music and it led arts. She's famous for her performance in the musical Cabaret in which she played Sally Bowles. Julie Garlin was a singer and an actress, most notably known for the film The Wizard of Oz during which she gave a well-known performance of this song over the rainbow. And I'm telling you, that voice is just haunting. So sorry we lost that one.
