Well, good morning, Jack, and everyone on the med. Hey, great to hear everybody out there. And, well, we got an absolutely stellar day here. We're going to hit about 80 degrees today. That's our right now. It's at 70. So we'll say sunny and nice. Cascades are beautiful this morning. And so, yeah, absolutely wonderful day. Well, we got an HOA meeting, unfortunately, this afternoon, that we have to go to. But after that, we have our great niece, Cassy, coming in from Corvallis. Yeah, she's going to school at Oregon State. So she's coming over the hill. And they're camping down by bend somewhere. And I'm not exactly sure where yet. But we'll find out when they get here. And then we're headed off tomorrow to go out on a bunch of rock counting and all that fun stuff. So don't know where we're going yet. Probably leaning towards glass but we'll see.
