activity with the boat is going to be sailing it and on the bay. I've been out a couple times in the boat on the bay and yeah, there are all kinds of conditions which is kind of that's part of it. I mean unfortunately but fortunately that's part of the process here. It is a good place. I think John K.I.6RG was saying that if you can sail, if you can sail, you can sail anywhere in the world. And I believe that. It is definitely has every action you never want or not want just to that right of the contained area. And it's a matter of just working through the areas of it and learning and not getting too much in trouble in the process.
