Well Steve, first of all thanks a lot to everything you do and yeah I was happy to swap with the next one. He was able to pick it up for me in Monday at the last moment when I suddenly decided I wasn't going to do it. And I have the doctor for follow up appointment as soon as the net's over so I can't go along today but I get a run and just do the follow up to make sure everything is good after my ordeal the other day which is kind of self-induced by the way. Anyway I'll never do that again. That's what you try to do over doing things and sometimes it backfires. Anyway boy it's amazing how many miles you walk.
