Yeah, I believe it. Between and long months is the old IBM plant, which is all but abandoned at this point. I think they were doing manufacturing there and I'm not sure maybe it was drives. But fast forward 20, 25 years, the tech generation from the Bay Area has moved back into Boulder and Oracle and Apple and a bunch of the big guys have facilities right near downtown Boulder and including Google. And, you know, it's all the van life kids that left the one to live in the mountains. So that's kind of what brought my son and his wife here. Anyway, I don't want to type the net for too long. I do frequently listen in. I just wanted to check in this morning and say hello to all my friends on the West Coast and I'll stay tuned for the updated weather report. That's always fun.
