KC1UGK. Good morning. Thanks for calling me in. I'm a little out of breath just finished my walk. We're going to be doing some reading today and relaxing. It's a beautiful day here in Massachusetts. It's going to be about 70 or something. So yeah, I figure I'll get a walk in early. Get it out of the way. So you got the contractor coming back, finishing up the last basement door. And then we got the furnace guy coming for his annual cleaning. Not his cleaning, our furnace cleaning. Aye, aye. And that's about it for today.
