everybody just thought I'd jump in and say a quick hello. On Thursday night, I don't know if I told you guys this, but probably not because I don't remember, but maybe I did. On Thursday night, Thursday afternoon, I stood up from sitting on my couch and my back seized, just totally seized so I couldn't move. It was horrible. So I took myself to the ER at my doctor's request and, excuse me, found out that I have herniated a disc in my back for the fourth time. But this one's not a very bad herniation, so they think that physical therapy and a shot in my back will fix it, but I kind of don't because I usually the shots.
