Good evening everybody. Thanks for having me. Thanks for running the net. I guess I expected, I think Thursday is usually Rebecca's night I think. But yeah, just as well that we have you. Yeah, I had a pretty good day. I was a little bit sore yesterday. I ran a 5K and I haven't done that in at least over a decade. Yeah, I definitely have but my body is at a certain limit and tomorrow I get to do it all over again. But I'm enjoying running. It's become my new thing. My doctor said that's good for me so I guess I'll listen to that. Anyway, just wanted to say hey and tell everybody to enjoy the nice cool evening before it starts to heat up here.
