I had a close call with some fires over there. You know, when I take close call, the fire was probably still 10 miles away, but it moves fast during a red flight warning. So a friend of mine, Chuck, went and put some fire covers over my windows and laid out a fire hose. I had to work. I couldn't take some emergency time off, but he's retired, so he volunteered, blessed his heart. And then laid out fire hose for me, turned the well on, and secured the gate on his way out, so they'll cut the lock to get in there to defend the property. They defend structures pretty well, and they've cut the lock before going in there, which I don't have a problem with, so anyway. But as it turns out, all turned out well, and I am headed there tomorrow morning with the wife and three babies, a French bulldog, now get a million max. Well, be careful.
