Alright CQ CQ CQ, Pauli Yardi Radio Network, Multi-Mode Echo Link Net. The net control station for today is C-4 and Jim. My name is Hank and my location is St. George Campground at Mears, Michigan. This is a directed net. Please address all comments and queries at this net control station. This net is sponsored by the R&D Radio Network, but all amateurs with a technician license or higher are in charge to participate. The purpose of this net is to provide a forum for amateur radio operators who share interesting recreational vehicles to exchange information as they interest as we travel the country. This net meets each Thursday evening at 8 p.m. Central Time on the Southeast Link Conference node linked to the M4 LMC Multi-Mode Network. The network includes a WD4EDP Echo Link for Peter, and a lookout mount in Georgia and several other computers in the Trasti area. We want to thank the WD4EDP and the Trasti Amateur Radio Club for the support they give us to use their network for our events. As I said, there are some repeaters on the network, so please keep your transmissions shorter than three minutes so we don't time out the links on the repeaters. If you have anybody out there that has, if you're using the Windows application for Echo Link, there's a convenient timer that you can set up under the Tools menu, Setup menu. There's a set of timers, one of which is a transmit timer. You can set that to, I'd say, 170 seconds. That'll give you a little bit of a spare time. It'll drop you at that point. It'll also give you a warning 10 seconds earlier than that. There's a tone and or a pop-up timer in the bottom left corner of that screen if you have your application set to wide enough mode.
