I loved spanakopita and I made it once. It was actually kind of fun to make and it turned out pretty well. I hope I'm coming in. Either I see myself on the page there. Yeah, I was looking for something more along the lines of ridiculous, I think, because I couldn't find exactly what he wanted, so I wanted something really impractical and ridiculous. I couldn't think of anything clever for him to write on the cake because he offered to write something on the cake, but I wasn't feeling clever or creative in the moment, so I just left it blank. But I know that three weeks down the road, I'll think of the exact perfect thing that I should have put on the cake because that's about my initial timing.
