Well, good morning Ron and everybody on the net. Great to hear Jim and Joan and everybody out there. Hey, great to hear everyone. Well, we've got a beautiful day shaping up here, but it's going to be on the warm side. We're going to hit about 88 today. But sunny, nice, and the AQI is down. There is not a single wildfire burning out of control in Oregon at the moment. So we're hoping it will stay that way for some time. We do have a big major heat dome building coming up starting tomorrow, of course. And tomorrow is the Madras Air Show, so we're looking forward to going up to that. Dizzy Joan is coming over from Corvallis to join us. So yeah, looking forward to a really good air show tomorrow. We've got wing walkers and all kinds of fun stuff going on. So not to mention all the old warbirds and a really nice jet performance team. So that will be really fun. And yeah, really looking forward to it. So man, they're doing it up right this time.
