Good evening, Barnus and the group. And five ziq moy done here in Houston, Texas. First of all, I wanted to thank Roy, Casa, and PKL for sharing all of the wonderful smoke, which has been sent into the Texas area. And that actually gave us a really nice sunset this evening, and I thought that was very good. I should have gone out and taken a picture or two, but missed that one. But anyway, we're doing okay down here. Kind of in between a couple of storms, but looking for a little bit of clear skies and hopefully maybe there will be some good opportunities around here too.
