Nice, how you drop by from Renton. All right, we're gonna head up to Amherst in Nova Scotia and say hello to Kevin. What's going on there, Kevin? V-1, K-E-V. Yeah, a very good afternoon, Jack. And good afternoon to all on the net there today. Great, great to net going on, that's for sure. Anyway, just, yeah, we're on day two of our vacation here, Jack, and just floating the garage and getting ready to figure something out for supper. We did the lawn there today, mowed the lawn, and got that all looked after. And it's only like right around 24 degrees Celsius here today. Wind is like super, super strong, but very, very nice day though, other than that. I think that's about all we got, Jack. We just taken in the day and listened to the net, and hopefully we're all as a great and fantastic rest of the day and a great week there coming.
